The latest in Double Mountain Brewery‘s seasonal cider lineup arrived this week: Perry, fermented from 100% pear juice. According to accompanying release, this was created with juice from Starkrimson and Comice pears, all sourced locally from Hood River of course.
This week I received a four-pack of North Coast Brewing‘s first seasonal of the year, Beachmaster Imperial IPA. This is a 9% ABV, 100 IBU behemoth, very on-brand for the brewery.
