The latest Zupan’s Markets collaboration beer is here, an Imperial IPA brewed with Ex Novo Brewing, and I received two cans of it today. I’m glad to see that even during the pandemic that Zupan’s is able to continue this Farm to Market series; this is the eleventh in the series, available on the Zupan’s shelves now, as well as online at Ex Novo’s website for pickup or delivery.

According to the press release, this is:

A bold and crisp Imperial IPA, this beer features hand-selected Centennial hops from Yakima, WA, providing hop flavors of brilliant tangerine, lemon peel, and classic pine. With an 8% ABV, this beer is excellent paired with summer grilling fare like bratwurst, salmon and all things barbecue.

Sounds like it’s a single hop beer, which is always fun, and Centennial is a classic American variety. Should be a fun one to drink going into warmer weather.
