Oregon Cider Week returns, in an at home virtual format
The 9th annual Oregon Cider Week returns this month, starting tomorrow, June 18th and running through 28th. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s Week pivots to an at home virtual series of events. These are a mix of fully virtual, online seminars or Zoom meets, others are pick-up-and-go (or order online) events for more interactivity. Overall it seems like a good format for the necessary pandemic transition.
Here’s a bit from the announcement email:
In a world turned upside down by Covid 19, Oregon’s band of intrepid cidermakers has imagined a new way to enjoy the drink we all love. From virtual festivals to take-home cider flights, Oregon Cider Week is back for its ninth year this June 18th to 28th with a slate of events both delightful and delicious. Whether you are in Oregon or just love us from afar, these events are open to everyone!
