Kobold Brewing celebrates Fruhlingfest, a springtime German beer fest

Kobold Brewing Fruhlingfest

Spring is in the air, and Kobold Brewing of Redmond is celebrating with Fruhlingfest, a German springtime beer fest this Friday and Saturday. Details from the email newsletter:

This weekend we’re going to throw a party at The Vault Taphouse. Spring is here and we are ready to go. Michael and I have brewed four German Style beers for our first annual Fruhlingfest on the patio. What amazing timing, the forecast is for 80 degrees Saturday! The fest will kick off this Friday at 5pm and end Saturday night. Greg Botsford will be playing on the patio Saturday 5-6:30pm and The Pub Truck will be slinging Brats and Kraut. So come try our Look-Out Lager (Helles), Hands Off Maibock, Bo Pils and Raspberry Weissen and join in the fun.

Friday is the kick-off to our very own German Beer Fest: Fruhlingfest. At 5pm we will kick it off by tapping the final two German beers that we brewed for the event. So come get a taster tray of the four beers for $8 then pick which one will quench your thirst and get a pint. The Pub Truck will be serving up Brats, hot off the grill, and Kraut!

Saturday Fruhlingfest continues with our German tap takeover and Brats and Kraut! The only way it could be better is with live music: Greg Botsford will play on the patio from 5-6:30.

Four German-style beers, live music, and lovely springtime weather—head over to Kobold’s impromptu beer garden for Fruhlingfest!
