Double Mountain Brewery's Chocolate Stout collaboration returns for 2021 (received)

This is the second year in a row that Double Mountain Brewery and Ranger Chocolate have teamed up to brew Chocolate Stout, and the second year that I’ve received a bottle from the brewery. The accompanying press release is pretty much the same as last year’s, with a different brewer quote:

“We partnered with our Friends at Ranger Chocolate and made a stout because Beer is always better when it’s made of chocolate” Malachi Vanderpuye, Brewer Malachi Vanderpuye

So I won’t repeat the details here (you can read them on the other post). I also reviewed last year’s edition, and found it to be quite a nice, proper dry stout with good chocolate character. I expect this year’s to have similar expectations. It’s 6.8% ABV with 55 IBUs, and available from Double Mountain now.
