We are so excited to finally be a part of this great organization along with so many other Portland breweries. As most of you probably know, beer is 90% water so it is crucial for us to make sure we are aware of the importance of clean water and the action necessary for its conservation. One dollar from each pint purchased from 5-9 PM will be donated to the Brewshed Alliance. The lovely folks from the alliance will be at this event with swag and more information about the organization. There will be a raffle as well!”

Innovation Brewmaster Thomas Bleigh pulled from his experience with Oaxacan chapulines—gourmet grasshoppers fried up and served as a delicious protein source—and wondered what they would be like in a beer. This full-bodied imperial stout comes in at 8.2% ABV, 40 IBU, and has an aromas and flavors of chocolate, coffee, mint, and earthy grasshoppers and crickets.
