Today I picked up a growler of McMenamins’ Thundercone Fresh Hop Ale from the Old St. Francis School here in Bend, which the folks at McMenamins were kind enough to give me in advance of its Friday release. I’ll have more of a writeup/review in the day next or two, but suffice to say it’s my first fresh hop beer of the season and I’m already enjoying it.
