Chapter 2 Casual Ale from Silver Moon Brewing. This sessionable pale ale is only 4.7% alcohol by volume with 30 IBUs so it’s easy drinking but has a great flavor profile. I’m also a fan of this can art Silver Moon has going (introduced last year), and a little birdie tells me there’s a fourth addition to their canned lineup on its way. More on that soon.
