Just in time for the weekend, this year’s edition of McMenamins’ Christmas seasonal ale, Kris Kringle, arrived on Friday the 13th—coinciding neatly with the official release date.

The bottled beers from McMenamins come from their Edgefield brewery, but on Saturday I also had the local version at the Old St. Francis School on their 11th birthday beer sampler; it’s a tasty beer and definitely a seasonal local favorite. Looking forward to drinking this bottle.
