This arrived for me this week from Coors:

Their new Coors Peak Copper Lager, their entry into the gluten-free beer market. Brewed with brown rice malt, brown rice, pea protein, and caramel sugar, which surprised me a bit as many (most?) commercial gluten-free options are brewed with sorghum as the base. Haven’t tried one yet but will write about it when I do.
