Lagunitas Brewing Company is quietly putting the finishing touches on an indoor / outdoor TapRoom and Beer Sanctuary with the grand opening celebration scheduled for September. The roughly 3,500-square foot on-premise venue will feature the full line-up of Lagunitas beers and will showcase local musicians five days a week, Wednesday through Sundays. The TapRoom and Beer Sanctuary regular days/hours of operation will be Wednesday through Friday from 3:00 till 9:00pm, Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 till 7:00pm, while daily brewery tours continue at 3:00pm (as usual) and again at 6:00pm. Lagunitas is located at 1280 North McDowell Boulevard in Petaluma.
“Not just a tasting room, but a comfortable, laid-back space in which to have a pint or two with friends,” said Tony Magee, owner of Lagunitas Brewing Company. “You can sample any of our beers in the TapRoom, or if you’d rather enjoy the great outdoors, grab a seat in the Beer Sanctuary and toast Sonoma County’s beautiful weather. It’s about creating an atmosphere for friends and neighbors to learn more about our beer and wait out the recession.”
Stay tuned for grand opening dates and details. To keep in close touch on all the action taking place at the brewery, follow Tony Magee’s Tweet under the Twitter handle, “lagunitas T.”
