Press Release: Flying Dog Brewery Celebrates GABF with 2nd Annual FBAG Party

Flying Dog Brewery announces the Flying Dog, Brats and Gonzo, or “FBAG,” Party will occur on September 25th at the Flying Dog Brewery Warehouse at 2401 Blake Street in Denver, Colorado from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The FBAG event will be the first chance for beer connoisseurs to sample Flying Dog’s 20th Anniversary beer, a Belgian IPA, which will launch in January 2010. “We are very excited to be celebrating twenty years of exceptional beers and look forward to doing so with a new addition to the Flying Dog line up. This is a great opportunity for GABF attendees to try our newest release and have a good time with the Flying Dog Brewery crew,” says Stephanie Kerchner, Director of Marketing.

Flying Dog will be partnering with Brightkite for their 2nd Annual FBAG party. “Flying Dog employees are very involved in online beer conversations, and we are happy to partner with Brightkite to continue promoting these discussions,” says Kerchner. “FBAG is a great occasion for GABF attendees and those interested in Flying Dog and craft beer to get a taste of the purposeful, provocative and irreverent culture that lives within Flying Dog.”

Flying Dog’s famous “Gonzo Brats” will be served to attendees, and The Rob Drabkin Band will be playing live music throughout the event. “Flying Dog beers are brewed and bottled in Frederick, Maryland but Flying Dog is a Colorado company with headquarters in Denver and we see the Great American Beer Festival as a hometown event” said Kerchner. The event is open to the public and admission is FREE.
