Here’s the beer news from around Oregon for Tuesday, the 17th of November. As usual, I’ll be periodically updating this post throughout the day, so check back often for the latest news. And if you have news to share, please contact me and I can get that posted as well.

Rich holiday flavors of caramel malts, vanilla, streusel topping and candied pecans are matched with a full body and crisp acidity. 10.5% ABV” Wow!

The resulting beer has an aromatic character similar to the vermouth of Asti, Italy, complimented by earthy brettanomyces flavors. 6%”
