This beer is pure Oregon from grain to glass. Garrett sourced the ingredients for the beer from Oregon farmers to create a brew with a complex and balanced flavor profile and notes of citrus and herbs. Celebrate the release of this beer with us at The Crown on Tuesday, November 13. The beer will be paired with special pie, JoJo Suave, made with Canadian bacon and pineapple. Admission to the event is free, with beer and food available for purchase.” The release party starts at 5pm.

Its name, which means a state of inactivity or prelude, reflects the time suspended in the brewery’s barrel house, waiting for release. It features notes of sandalwood, light stonefruit and mild oak in a balanced, mixed-culture sour. ABV: 5.9% / IBU: 3” Look for it in 500ml bottles.
