Even though I posted some of the pictures I took with my previous OBF posts, I thought I’d do an entry of all the photos I took, gallery-style. Click on each picture to see a larger version.

FYI, the detail on the sign reads, "Boil: Sterilizes the wort, extract bittering compounds from the hops. This red ale will be boiled for 3 hours to intensify the color and generate some caramelization."

I got a kick out of the misspelling…

I didn’t get the name of the beer at first… "Whoop Pass"… say it out loud. Now, why they don’t just name this "Whoop Ass" right out (it’s good enough for Arrogant Bastard…) I don’t know.
