Saturday night on our way back into town from a family trip, we swung by the new Kobold Brewing taproom in downtown Redmond—The Vault. It was the grand opening and there was a big and lively crowd, and while we didn’t stay long (time enough for a beer and to congratulate Kobold owner Steve Anderson), I snapped a few pictures.

The new space features 20 taps, five of which were pouring Kobold beers on Saturday, and doesn’t have a kitchen, but there is a food truck operated by Westside Taco Co. And yes, it’s family friendly.

It’s got a good location downtown and a nice patio/firepit outdoor space. Open seven days a week too, so this will become another good beer destination to visit in Redmond.
