GABF 2016: Oregon award winners

Saturday morning, October 8, the 2016 Great American Beer Festival awards ceremony revealed this year’s winners for one of the largest and most popular beer festivals around. Big congratulations are always in order for all of the winners, but naturally since I live in Oregon I always like to highlight the Oregon winning breweries each year.

Winners are listed (and can be searched) on the GABF’s page, and this Saturday morning I’m also watching the livestream of the ceremony and attempting to liveblog the Oregon winners. We’ll see how I do!

And that’s a wrap! All told, 21 medals were earned by Oregon breweries—three by Breakside, two by The Commons, and the rest above earned one each.
