Black Friday

I never participate in the Black Friday shopping craziness (and each year it seems even crazier than last, doesn’t it?) but this year there are a number of Black Friday beer events which would definitely take the sting out of the busiest shopping day of the year. Abyss 2012 vertical flight

I popped in to Deschutes Brewery last night for a few minutes to check out the Abyss release party and (of course) get the vertical flight of Abyss tasters—2008 through this year’s 2012. In the sixth sampler glass is a chocolate truffle (made with The Abyss, I think). 2008 starts in the back on the left, so that’s where I started.
