Should be in distribution everywhere you can get Port / Lost Abbey beers. (Sadly, Oregon is not one of those.) I have not tried the Hot Rocks yet, but I'm assuming you have them switched in memory. Our keg is labeled at 7.1 ABV, and I believe the Hot Rocks bottles that are out there are labeled 6.5%.
