I've been sampling your Flying Dog beers on occasion as I see them a lot here in Colorado. I admit, I wasn't ready for some of your beers a while back when I first sampled them but plan on revisiting many of them again. Love the Scottish Ale in particular. Your Gonzo Imperial Porter is tasty and packs quite the punch. Your IPA goes well with cheese I've found. I have one left in my cooler and think I'll drink it tonight.
