I can guess where they went wrong, but compared to our trial mash, it does not come even come close. Just dont ask why Heineken pulled out of our project (yet) but it was due to major problems at another of thier breweies. Called them up, and they can't call it gluten-free due to regulatory issues, but she basically told me it should be safe.
